Our platform uses a fully configurable, role-based permission system. All data is end-to-end encrypted, everywhere. All data is stored with encryption-at-rest. The Marilyn App is hosted on our zero-trust SaaS platform or in your own Azure tenant. We support multiple single-sign-on platforms. Additional encryption and security is applied to any confidential or Personally Identifiable Information (PII), of which you can configure the level of sensitivity.
All AI features are opt-in, and if you choose to do so, we create a separate AI instance that is only accessible to you and your users.

Accept new policies from anywhere - your customer support and sales staff, outside Agents (Buying, Selling, or Escrow), or even directly from Homeowners through one of our user-focused portals. Our responsive platform looks amazing on a desktop PC, a mobile phone, and everything in between. Our API also lets you easily accept policies from your vendors and partners.
Renew, cancel, or change coverage on a policy. Add or remove policy members. You configure the restrictions around who can do what and when. Policies can be on auto-payment plans and renew automatically based on criteria of your choosing.

Our platform adapts to your business model, not the other way around. You can fully customize your policy coverages, pricing, excluded conditions and incident/payment limits through an intuitive GUI, using almost any data point from the platform -- geography (zip code, county, state), type and size of home, claims costs to-date on the policy, how many times the policy has been renewed, and more.
Accept, Reject, Manage & Dispatch Claims
Claims come in through one of our portals by your employees, policy-holders, or agents. They're also sent by SMS or email, and our AI reads the details and engages the claimant in a conversation for any missing info before automatically creating the claim, or placing it for review by a live person. All AI conversations are attached to the claim for later review.
Manage your service technician profiles in our platform, and you can dispatch work requests directly through email, SMS, or a third-party dispatch platform you're using. We'll find the closest technician to the property that services the appliance and brand, or provide you with a list that you can choose from.
Work authorization requests are submitted by the service technician through their web portal, or by SMS or email with our AI engaging them in a conversation for repair or replace details. The details are analyzed in realtime by our claims engine and an approval or rejection (complete or partial) is provided immediately against your configured coverages for the policy. All AI conversations are attached to the claim for later review.
